SpaceLogic has been by engaged by Valad to advise on workplace strategy for one its signature properties to assist with the leasing campaign. The focus of the work has been to test the floor plates of the property against contemporary requirements for flexible, “future proofed” workplaces and to work with the design team in developing test fit layouts that demonstrate this.
