SpaceLogic has been engaged by Leighton Properties to advise on its bid to develop a new home for a Commonwealth Government Department. SpaceLogic is working with the design team to ensure that the base building optimises the potential for a highly flexible and futureproofed workplace, including accommodating activity based working (ABW). SpaceLogic has also prepared space demand forecast scenarios, planning principles and workplace models as a basis for test fits to be included in the bid.
